Kidney Qi And Activating Blood Circulation To The Intervention Effect Of Mild Cognitive Impairment

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqibushenhuoxue self-treatment to mild cognitive impairment, and from the traditional medicine point of view research its etiology of disease.Methods: According to the Mayo neurology at the Centre for mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in the diagnostic criteria, selected 120 cases of patients with MCI, randomized grouping, divided into treatment group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The treatment group received the drug treatment of past existence of the disease, and oral Yiqibushenhuoxue Fang, select free decoction of Chinese medicine (Shenzhen 39 medicine production), each a bag, warm water flushes the clothing 100ml, 2 times a day, for continuous 12 weeks; Control group given only the existence of disease, previous drug treatment, for continuous 12 weeks. Patients were observed before and after the scale mini-mental state examination(MMSE), activities of daily living(ADL),the symptoms of traditional chinese medicine(TCM) and serumβ-amyloid1-42(Aβ1-42) changes in circumstances.Results: In the treatment group before and after treatment in MMSE scores, the scores of symptoms of TCM andβ-amyloid protein concentration on the difference between statistical significance(P<0.05), In the control group before and after treatment in MMSE scores, the scores of symptoms of TCM andβ-amyloid protein concentration on the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) ,but the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment at ADL, the difference was not statistically significant by statistical tests(P>0.05);Syndrome basis of evaluation standards, the treatment group and the control group were tested by two groups of Chinese statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Self-side Yiqibushenhuoxue Fang have certain clinical efficacy in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment with Sperm loss Qi, blood stasis block. can improve the cognitive function of patients, chinese medicine clinical symptoms and the metabolism of serumβ-amyloid protein 1-42,so the method used Yiqibushenhuoxue have a significant effect in the treatment of MCI.
