Ligustrazine Experimental Study Of Cerebral Vasospasm In Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Subject :Observe and compare the curative effect of nimodipine application and the combination of nimodipine & ligustrazine to the CVS after SAH Method:Make use of 20 healthy male large-ear rabbits and divide them into control group and treatment group after SAH molding. Make 8 rabbits for merely nimodipine as control group and 8 rabbits for combination of nimodipine & ligustrazine as treatment group. Observe the nervous syndrome in day 1, day 3, day 5, day 7 and day 10 after the therapy. Monitor AT-Ⅲby the way of chromgenic substrate assay and analyze RBV, RPV and FIB with HCC-IV. Checkout t-PA and PAI-1 with ELISA agentia.Result:1. The defective symptom of treatment group is less than the control group via observation of their neurological function.2. The control group is stronger in the downtrend of AT-Ⅲafter the peak by time ((P<0.05)3. The increase rate of RBV, RPV and FIB for control group is higher. ((P<0.05).4. AT-Ⅲof the two groups increased gradually after pothogenesy and reached the peak on the third day. Then it decreased and the downtrend of treatment group is more gently obviously than control group. ((P<0.05)5. As to the uptrend of T-PA by time, treatment group's is more gently than control group. ((P<0.05)6. PAI-1 of the two group increased gradually. But the uptrend of treatment group is more gently. ((P<0.05)Result:1. Ligustrazine has the function of angiectasia and prevent CVS after SAH2. The combination of nimodipine & ligustrazine can control the t-PA,PAI-1, reduce the consumption of AT-Ⅲand decrease blood viscosity better than only applying nimodipine. It can indirectly control the CVS.
