Purpose:Detect of the concentrations of bone alkaline phosphatase of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis and primary osteoarthritis in serum and synovial fluid,than compare and contrast the results detected, and analysis reflects disease activity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and acute inflammatory reactants such as erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C reactive protein, with synovial fluid and serum bone alkaline phosphatase associated, investigate the bone alkaline phosphatase in the diagnosis of systemic and local bone destruction with rheumatoid arthritis.Material and method : Detect the concentrations of bone alkaline phosphatase in 20 serum samples and 20 samples of synovial fluid from 36 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and anti-cyclic citrullinated antibodies are positive by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the concentrations of bone alkaline phosphatase in both 20 serum samples and 20 samples of synovial fluid in 40 patients with primary osteoarthritis. Use the SPSS16.0 software to analysis the differences from rheumatoid arthritis to primary osteoarthritis in the concentration of bone alkaline phosphatase in synovial fluid and serum, and analysis the correlation of bone alkaline phosphatase and acute inflammation associated objects.Results:1.The bone alkaline phoshpatase concentration in rheumatoid arthritis serum are higher than patients with osteoarthritis.2. The bone alkaline phoshpatase concentration in rheumatoid arthritis synovial fluid are higher than patients with osteoarthritis.3.There is no correlation between the reactants and acute inflammations and the concentrations of B-ALP the rheumatoid arthritis both serum and synovial fluid.Conclusion:Bone alkaline phosphatase as a biochemical indicator reflect bone damage of rheumatoid arthritis, the concentration of serum prompts the whole body bone damage, while the concentrations in synovial fluid prompts the local .The association between B-ALP concentration and disease activity in rheumatoid arthritis was not found.
