This paper illustrates the tradition method of producing chitosan fiber, summarizes the research situation that the way is used to produce chitosan fiber at home and abroad, analyzes the key problems existed in the tradition production of chitosan fiber including low production efficiency, high cost of production and demanding improvement of chitosan fiber performance. In order to resolve these problems, the key technology of producing chitosan is researched in this article.The key technology research of producing chitosan reduces the cost of production immensely, improves the use performance of chitosan fiber as well as increases the production efficiency and harvest.The key technology of chitosan spinning solution is researched first. The factors affecting the stationary of chitosan spinning solution is analyzed through tests. The Analysis results offer the theoretical guidance for the preparation and using of chitosan spinning solution. Therefore the spinning property of spinning solution is advanced.The key technology of high active dissolving the chitosan is researched. This article improves the dissolve equipment, simulates the preparing of spinning solvent in use of computational fluid dynamics software. The reasonable effective preparing equipment is designed based on the comparation of preparation result. This method reduces the test cost as well as decides the using range of blender designed. This way resolves the dissolve problems of chitosan including low dissolve efficiency, asymmetry dissolve and easy to emerge micelle. The preparing efficiency and dissolving result is improved.This article designs the continuous spinning technology that is low production cost and high producing efficiency. The continuous producing is achieved and the basis of chitosan fiber filament is established. This method resolves the problems existed in use of traditional spinning method, such as high producing price, complicated producing process and time-consuming. At the same time, this article analyzes the chitosan fiber performance including the formation of fiber, the electrical conductivity of fiber and the anti-bacterium of fiber produced in new spinning method. The analyzed result is used to guild the producing and application of chitosan fiber.
