Cardiac Ning Decoction On Rats With Congestive Heart Failure, Cardiac Function And Serum Il-6 And Tgf-¦Â1 In Impact

Objecive:Observing HR, SV, LVEF and changes of the serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), transforming growth factor (TGF-β1) levels,of the congestive heart failure deficiency syndrome rats after intervented by Cardiac Ning decoction.Methods:From the 78 SD rats were randomly selected 10 as the normal control group, on the other 68 rats using the left anterior descending coronary artery ligation method of reproduction in rats with congestive heart failure animal models; to the survival of 41 congestive heart heart failure rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (A group, B group, C group, D group) plus the normal control group (E group) a total of 5 groups, namely: A model group, B western medicine group, C cardiac ning high-dose group, D cardiac rather low dose group, E and normal control group. Then the normal control group and model group were given normal saline gavage, cardio-Ning decoction of different concentrations of each treatment group were given a cardiac Ning decoction gavage, western medicine group were given captopril gavage. After the end of the experiment, using ECG and cardiac color Doppler ultrasound measurement of cardiac function; the use of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay of serum BNP, serum IL-6, serum TGF-β1.Results:QiangxinNing can significantly inrease left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), Stroke volume(SV), and to reduce the heart rate (HR); to significantly reduce heart failure serum BNP, IL-6, TGF-β1 levels, in rats with heart failure.Conclusion: It is successful for using the left anterior descending coronary artery ligation method to produce congestive heart failure rat model of heart deficiency syndrome. Cardiac Ning decoction can improve cardiac function in rats with congestive heart failure.Decreasing serum inhibited nerve - humoral factor, activation of the immune system, retard ventricular remodeling of congestive heart failure. Inhibition of cardiomyocyte apoptosis and inflammatory changes.Description cardiac Ning decoction is effective in patients with congestive heart failure drugs, as the traditional Chinese medicine widely used in clinical practice to provide an objective basis, it is research and development.
