Warming Mixture In Treating Unstable Angina Clinical Studies

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effects and the security of WenTong mixture to angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (pattern of Yinhang Ningzhi),and explore the therapeutic mechanism and offer the scientific basis for the further clinic application.Material and method:1 Clinical Date: During the period from Januray 2009 to Januray 2010,all the patients in the ages of 40-80 years old who are patients of cardiology department of Dalian Chinese Medicine Hospital,conformed to the diagnosis and treatment standard of UA and Non-ST-segment elevation MI have been published by cardiovasology of CMA chapter in 2007.And at the same time,conformed to the pattern of guidline of clinical observation on TCM drug in treatment of angina pectoris (2002 edition). To choose pattern of HanningXinmaitong permit the diagnosis of 40-80 year-old patients as the observation of 70 cases. A number of 70 patients were divided into two groups completelyrandom. Treatmentgroup(34cases) and Compared group (36cases).2 Drug Administration:The patients in compared group took Western Treatment,and treatment group were cured with WenTong mixture .Both groups received 2 weeks treatment.3 Observing Indexes:For all the patients, the angina pectoris symptoms,the symptoms and signs of TCM, the ECG , the blood fat ,the vascular endothelial growth factor(NO,ET),and liver and kidney functions(ATL,Cr,BUN) were tested before and after the treatment.4 Statistical Analysis:SPSS 12.0 software was used. Measurement data with mean±standard deviation,( x?士s) formulariz.For enumeration data,T-test was applied; and for enumeration data,Chi-square test were applied; and the rank data were analyzed with Ridit analysis.Results:1 The clinical curative effective of angina pectoris symptoms and ECG before and after the treatment:The treatment group and the compared group are obvious improvement (P<0.05). 2 The symptoms and signs of TCM:the result of statistics show that there was obvious improvement (P<0.01) between treatment group and compared group.3 The blood fat :TG,TC and LDL-C of the two groups patients have trend of decline, and HDL-C has the trend of rise, but the result of statistics show that there was no obvious difference. (P>0.05)4 The protection of vascllar endothelial cells:The two groups after treatment than before treatment in patients with NO increase, ET reduced.After treatment, compared to treatment group significantly better than the control group (P <0.01)5 Liver and kidney function: The two groups after treatment than before treatment in patients were no exceptional chang related to the treatment. (P>0.05)Conclusion:WenTong mixture has the affirmative curative effect to the patients of coronary angina pectoris. It may relieve angina pectoriy symptoms, improve ECG, and relive symptoms and signs of TCM, protect vascllar endothelial cells,and it has great security.
