Purpose:Cancer pain refers mainly to tumor cells infiltrating, transfer and diffusion or relevant organization of pain caused by oppression, it is also the common malignant tumor patient period, which is one of the important factors of quality of survival. This research mainly usees ACCESS database technology and quality analysis method of western and traditional medicine therapy on clinical research literature pain part statistical data analysis and quality analysis, through clinical research literature and clinical curative effect of pain and clinical efficacy evaluation index selection criteria for improving the research,in order to increase western medicine treatment of carcinoma of the clinical curative effect of pain lay methodology.Material and method:1. Establishing clinical research literature database about the standard of evaluation on the effect of cancer pain: this study on effect evaluation standards through the cancer pain clinical research literature database building, in order to storage and management of relevant information, the use of literature data, through the retrievalling, sorting, filtering and edit changes as required information, generate report.2. Analysising the quality of literatures on Chinese and western medicine treatment of pain and clinical efficacy literature evaluation criteria of research:Clinical evaluation of cancer pain retrieval standard clinical research literature database from 1999 to 2009 on drug treatment of cancer pain literature 296 randomized controlled, And to subject the source, sample size, random method of application, Blind Method 6 aspects such as search terms to search, Will be one of the 276 Chinese literature in the form of percentage composition of that document and describe than the analysis, then according to Reviewers' Handbook the Cochrane randomized controlled trial of four quality evaluation criteria.3. For Cancer Pain Clinical Evaluation Criteria: To 276 Chinese Literature in the quality rating of A- level and B-level randomized controlled trial evaluation standard literature study, Analysis of domestic literature, the selection of a variety of evaluation standards proportion, and lists the treatment of cancer pain analgesic drugs used in standard clinical evaluation of the specific content of .Finally, 20 effect of foreign literature, the selection of indicators and how to evaluate the efficacy analysis.Results:1. Establishing of clinical research literature database about effect assessment of cancer pain; This database interface, clear and concise, as opposed to Access their language, using VB language, the search time is more flexible in the data, documentation can be exported to Excel in tabular form, easy to read and check. Entry and query interface, the main function: to search and sort the pain of paper documentation; by author, key words and other drug use and adverse reactions of records within the database field to query and statistics, and better clinical and research to provide support in the literature.2. Western medical treatment for the quality of cancer pain literature: most of the clinical literature evidence level is not good, there is the use of inappropriate research methods or the content of the literature does not adequately question.3. For Cancer Pain Clinical Evaluation Criteria:The efficacy of drug treatment of cancer pain assessment standards mainly "markedly effective, effective ,ineffective" or "complete remission, partial remission ... ... invalid" to assess. This vague concept of different levels to determine the efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of cancer pain, with a lot of subjective factors, the lower its objectivity and repeatability. Most of the foreign literature does not define the data to secondary data, but direct use of statistical methods in measurement data analysis, the test performance of high and results are more clear, accurate and true.Conclusion:1. Clinical evaluation criteria for the establishment of the Cancer Pain Clinical Research Databases: Cancer Pain Clinical Research Literature Database, to link the main table and the table structure sub appearances, making the data stored both categories are interrelated. Such a database can be very convenient to build models of data expansion, deletion, filtering and preprocessing, can be easily applied to the data in the medical literature to establish. 2. Western literature for the quality of drug treatment of cancer pain analysis: the treatment of cancer pain on the lack of large sample, multi-center clinical collaboration with funded research, resulting in reduced reliability of the results. Therefore, the urgent need to properly implement random grouping, allocation concealment and blinding, controls, large sample, and for safety monitoring, rational design of follow-up, larger sample sizes, large-scale, multi-center, longitudinal clinical trials of randomized controlled trials .3. For Cancer Pain Clinical Evaluation Criteria: By finishing higher level of evidence in the literature Clinical evaluation of cancer pain indicators and standards, we recommend using a variety of methods in judgments will be more fully and unequivocally the efficacy of cancer pain, and concluded:(1)Using both scoring methods for pain assessment in order to improve the accuracy of pain assessment; (2)Design diary patients, the nature of pain, onset and duration recorded to quantify, more accurate, objective , the system dynamically display changes in pain; (3)The treatment of pain and satisfaction with pain treatment into the drug evaluation system in an effort to better reflect the value of drug treatment; (4)On the development of new Chinese medicine, In clinical studies, clinical symptoms and signs should be added to quantify the classification and evaluation criteria of TCM syndromes in order to improve the clinical evaluability; (5)Evaluation of the efficacy of using statistical methods in measurement data analysis to improve their test performance count data to avoid errors caused by secondary definitions.
