| Contemporary composers tried to tap the art potential of Guzheng in depth. A lot of refreshed compositions were created by combining western composing techniques and Chinese civil cultural tunes, which extended musical expressive force of Guzheng and developed or improved its playing techniques to make Guzheng get a good lead of the development of national instruments. One of the famous compositions was Guzheng concerto"Feng Qiao Ye Bo"written by Wang Jianmin. This thesis will discuss the structure and performance of the concerto in depth. Furthermore, spiritual connotation of the concerto will be explored to dissertate the research about"re-creation". Finally combining theory and practice to finish the primary exploration of Guzheng concerto"Feng Qiao Ye Bo".This thesis is divided into three chapters except the introduction:The first chapter is divided into two parts, the first one is brief description of Tang poem"Feng Qiao Ye Bo". The second part is the brief generality description of musical structure and characteristics of the Guzheng concerto,"Feng Qiao Ye Bo".The second chapter includes two parts, the first part is the analysis of mode and tonality, and also Guzheng tune in the concerto. The second one analyzes every part of the concerto in score sign , playing techniques and musical emotion etc. specifically.There are two parts in third chapter too. The first one is about the definition and significance of"re-creation". The second part dissertate"re-creation"of"Feng Qiao Ye Bo"with the writer's own learning and practicing experiences in playing this concerto. |
