Northern Song Dynasty, Historical Geography

By using the historical geography research methods to compare the literatures, based on the literature and maps about history and geography in the Northern Song Dynasty, this paper summarized the historical geography in the Northern Song Dynasty. In my conclusion,'The New Tang Book-Geography','The New Five Dynasties Book-Counties','Yu Di Guang Ji'and 'Chang'an book'play a main role in the literature in the Northern Song Dynasty,and it is important to research'Geography Maps of Dynasties'and'Chang'an City Maps'.Historical geography research not only inherited the previous generations, but also expanded the development of the geography evolution to historical geography, history population of geography, history economic geography, history of military geography, etc. However, in the the Northern Song Dynasty,historical geography still belongs to the research of geography,its depth can't catch up with current historical geography research.Nowdays,the study of the history of historical geography is also a blank.This paper deals with a lot of academic literature,basing on geography research in past time,reflects the difference between the historical geography content contained in northern classifies historical geography and summarizes the development and achievement.I will try my best to fill this blank,and it will be the biggest innovation in this paper.
