| Yu Youren is one of the pioneers during the democratic revolution in modern China from Shaanxi. Studying Mr. Yu's revolutionary ideas during the late of the Qing dynasty and the start of the Republic of China, can not only enrich his personal research, but also enrich the Shaanxi local history. This paper will be completed through three parts.The first part, explored the germs of Mr. Yu's Anti-Qing ideas. The social environment, that is frequent wars and hard life, provided the objective conditions to formation of Yu's Anti-Qing ideas. The suffering origin inspired him to form the ideas of dissatisfaction at the society. During his study time, he was affected by the teachers and relations, and formed the Anti-Qing ideas finally.The second part, analyzed the formation and development of Mr. Yu's revolutionary ideas, and attempting to divide this process, which is one of the innovative points in this paper. Under the impact of revolutions, Mr. Yu produced the ideas of saving the nation from subjugation and ensuring its survival. After arrived at Shanghai, Mr. Yu looked managing newspapers as his revolutionary practice, and to be a crazy revolutionary propagandist without dread. Along with the difficult course of publishing newspapers, Mr. Yu's revolutionary ideas finally moved to mature.The third part, explored Mr. Yu's revolutionary ideas during the late of the Qing dynasty and the start of the Republic of China through analyzed his literary, which is the emphasis, difficulty and another innovative point in this paper. Mr. Yu's revolutionary ideas were deeply influenced by Sun Yat-sen's Nationalism and Principles of civil rights, therefore, the author will study it from the two aspects. Through the sentiments of Anti-Imperialist, Anti-Qing and patriotism, we can know Mr. Yu's national revolutionary ideas. Through his exploring and satirizing the officials, the constitutionalism and the government of Yuan Shikai, we can know Mr. Yu's politic revolutionary ideas. |
