Since the industrial revolution, Britain's urban development has undergone tremendous changes. More and more people gathered from the countryside to the cities, the urbanization process with the industrial revolution affect people's daily lives. The process of urbanization in 19th century made more and more population gathering in cities, the living conditions of workers deteriorated. Then, slum appears, the city's health facilities are unable to keep up with the pace of urban development. For this, large number of people died of infectious diseases everywhere. Thus people began to learn, to improve urban sanitation and the environment. Britain was the first country began the process of urbanization, the transformation of the British slums of London also made a series of achievements. Change about the concept of urban space and the behavior of the initial tests from the British began to spread around the world.Research of the the transformation of British social space, help us to better understand the role of the city in the economic and social progress after the Industrial Revolution. The process of development in the city, the city's spatial layout and functional changes have taken place, people's requirements and expectations of public space has prompted the Government to rationalize the distribution of urban space and promote social justice development.
