The literaties and the officialdoms,living in Luo-yang,are one of the important political groups in Nothern Song Dynasty.This article just researches the persons resinding in luo-yang in the Shen-zong and Zhe-zong periods.Basing on the background of history from Xi-ning to Yuan-fu periods, the paper analyses their political psychologies and the relations between them and the governors.And it also can prove us that the political fight profoundly influences their fates,even the history of Song dynasty.In the Shen-zong and Zhe-zong periods of Northern Song dynasty, the rigorous party struggle is a more important thing in the literaties and officialdoms'life.Many people, who are frustrated in the exercises of contending for power and profit in the capital of Kai-feng, choose to live in Luo-yang where was disengaged in that time one after another.They have a very close relationship with the famous families and scholars in Luo-yang, which makes Luo-yang to be the roost of old party and an important city in the periods.On the political level, they communicate and interacte frequently.Luo-yang also is the most important town,in where the shouting to against the Xi-feng political reform almost no stop.Most of them could actively concern with the situation of the state changing, maintain a close relationship with the emperor and the ministers,and show a kind of relatively independent officer integrities and political feelings.The first chapter of this thesis Mainly simply analysis the historical background of Xi-ning and Yuan-fu periods of Norther Song dynasty, Mainly from poor social conditions and strongly to save the serious social problems, etc. It shows that the resolve difficulties and political reforms are the emperors and the ministers'common political will and historic mission in Shen-zong and Zhe-zong periods. It also is the premise of writing this article. The second chapter is to briefly summarize the situation on the persens who living in Luo-yang,from three aspects for the family who lives for generations, the minister of living after retirement and the scholars living in apartment,which shows that it is a much more important historical period for Si-huan living in Luo-yang.This is the basis of the article for writing. Chapters III and IV of the aticle are to discuss the persons'political mentalities,and analyze the relationships between them and the politics of Shen-zong and Zhe-zong periods.Then, take them to study these effects on their fates and the political history of the Song dynasty from party official who struggles against each other. It is the core part of this paper. Finally, the other closer relationships with the topic of the problems, for example, the decline of the political status of Luo-yang in Norther Song dynasty, the basic situation of Si-huan linving in Luo-yang and the relationship between Luo-yang and the migration of ancient Chinese civilization's center, because of the limitations of this article,which are all difficult to make a specific discussion in the text. So I have to put them in a brief article for a further discussion.Through the research on the persons'political psychologies and the relationships between the political group in Luo-yang and the politics of party struggle, we could further understand some important historical issues in the mid-late Northern Song dynasty. Indeed,this research would give us a line about the decadency of Luo-yang's political status.And it is also helpful for us to catch the historical connotation of the Song dynasty's fade from the relationship between the emperor and ministers and the change of scholar-officials'destiny.
