Many historic events and important history facts are involved in LuShiChunQiu, its historiography achievements are very high. The article expounds its accomplishments of historiography and history thinking. The first chapter proves LuShiChunQiu belongs to historical book, because in the comments of the scholars through the ages and its way of using history facts to explain standpoint. It has lots of common things with history book. The second chapter discuss LuShiChunQiu historiography achievements, which include the compilation principle of collecting the best and bringing forth new ideas, careful and precise stylistic rules and layout of compilation, just and faithful attitude in doing scholarly research of history, plain and exquisite style of writing, and many styles of writing skills. The third chapter analyzes the history thinking of LuShiChunQiu, affirms its history development conception of theory of evolution and discusses its five-virtue-circulate theory of history development in a dialectical way; introduces its objective and hard history appraisal, summarizes its opinion of devoting to manage affairs in using history as object lessons. The fourth chapter is the additional argument, illustrating that LuShiChunQiu had formed a connecting link between ChunQiu (wrote by confucius) and ShiJi (wrote by simaqian), it isn't a history book, but it has left indelible mark in the history of Chinese history development.
