Analysis On The Socialist Concept Of Justice And Benefit And Its Way Of Realization

The idea of obligation and interests is a basic issue of ethics, it is not only concern the individual body and mind's consummation but also concern the full-scale development and improvement of the society. During the course of the development of the human beings, the idea of obligation and interests has been concentrated on and the discussion about it in history has been lasting for thousands of years, until now it is still a hot topic of conversation. With the establishment and development of it, the Socialist Market Economics requires an idea of unity of obligation and interests.The Communist Party of China has posed definitely to establish and complete the conception of value and economical standards that the Socialism Market Economics system requires, and to foster socialist idea of obligation and interests. Its main convent is to establish an idea which can not only put the country and people's interests to the first place, but also protect the individual just benefits fully.The thesis includes three respects of this issue: Section one, all the traditional ideas of obligation and interests have their passive aspects because of the restriction of the basic social system. The mechanism of the Socialism Market Economy asks to change the old morals, and produces realistic basic conditions for the action of the unity one.Section two, The unity of obligation and interests overcomes the traditional ones' passive aspects. It upholds the Marxism, Mao Zedong Thoughts and Deng Xiaoping Theory; keeping enriching and developing in practice. The implement of this idea can guide the practice and make it take a new look.Section three, To carry out the unity of obligation and interests, we must develop advanced productive forces because it is a basic condition for realizing the fundamental interests of the people, strengthen the construction of moral system and moral education in order to build an ethical foundation for maintaining a good public order and practice, and launch moral activities to realize this idea. We should advocate the ideology of patriotism, collectivism and socialism among people.Through all theses ways, the unity of obligation and interests can become people's volunteer action and society can be developed in full.
