Children's pragmatic development is a new subject concerned with how the children use the appropriate utterance to express their communicative meaning in order to achieve their communicative goal. It's the force and source of children's language learning and it plays a significant role in children's language development .As the basic factor of children's pragmatic development, children's communicative act has received more and more attention. But at present, researches on children's pragmatic development mainly focus on the interaction between the adult and children under 3 years old. There is very little work on the children after 3 years old.In this paper, we use the framework of Children's Language Development to explore the interaction between mother and the children aged from 36 to 72 months. The study looks at the speech using of children and mothers', the difference between the child and mother's communicative acts and the influence of children's pragmatic development to mother's speech using .In the process, we used Child Language Data Exchange System, the Abridged Inventory of Communicative Act and CLAN to arrange and analyze the data.We found: both the children and mothers used a core set of social interchanges, speech act and combination; the children's communicative act is more and more clear, the number of types is increasing and the combination is more and more flexible .The characteristics of the children's pragmatic development have an effect on mother's language using .Therefore ,we can draw the conclusion that the children's pragmatic development effects mother's language using in the interaction.
