The high speed of the development of science and technology (S&T) has been an important feature of contemporary society. Not only people's material-economic life, but also cultural life has been under the domination of modern science. However, the continuous expansion of the material world made by the development of S&T has revealed the anti-humanity characteristic of S&T day after day. Human being has fallen into enormous existence crisis and culture crisis that make people feel their happiness and success are discounted. People begin to introspect about the advantages and disadvantages that S&T brings about, then a significant theme which combine the development of S&T and the fate of human being enters into man's vision. It is utmost important that which direction S&T develops. It depends fundamentally on the mode that human being think and act and the value tendency they take. So, the way to extricate human being from difficult position is not attributing it to S&T but returning to man their selves. This article is guided by the historical materialism of Marxism. By putting the humanics under the background of the time of S&T and beginning with the dilemma human being in, the article inquires into humanics's new domain in the time of S&T, constructs a new humanics outlook, makes people clear and definite about their duties. Through perfecting human being themselves, conquering the dissimilation of S&T, guiding the development of S&T and making it work for man's general happiness.The article includes three parts:Part one is the background of this article and the purpose of this part is to introspect about the difficult existence of human being. That was mainly embodies in the division of man and nature, man and man, body and spirit. The relationships among the three aspects are the reference to inspect material, social and cultural lives of human being. Through sorting out the merits and demerits of S&T, showing the human being's living circumstances in the time of S&T, the first part question about what valueivS&T has for man.The second part is the focal point and it deals with the new domain of humanics in the time of S&T. This part is expanded with the followingaspects------the connotation of human being, the position of human being,the construction of human being, and the development of human being. The author tries to construct a brand new and complete anthropological vision, makes people act with the guide of a new outlook of existence, value, morality and practice. Then the practical subject with more humanity, ethical spirit and consciousness of duty directs the development of S&T and realizes the harmony and unity between the development of the S&T and the all-round and free development of human being.Part three is about the theoretical and practical significance of constructing a new philosophical humanics outlook. It is mainly reflected in the following: the new philosophical humanics outlook can make people clear about their duties, regulate the deviation in both idea and behavior, realize the humanity of S&T and the healthy, orderly and harmonious development of human being and finally let man go to the best existence.Based on the care of the fate of man, interpret the new domain of the humanics under the modern context in the development of S&T, construct the new philosophical humanics outlook, look into the future existence road of man as a category, realize the harmony and unity between the development of S&T and the development of human being.
