The establishment of socialist market economy not only changed the old economic frames and economic relationships but also changed the way of existence and the cultural values of people. Market economy start-up the activity and the creativity of whole society with interest and competition. Contract, participation, competition and equality are becoming new ideals of life. New positive styles of life that go after efficiency and ability are replacing negative styles of action and mental pattern .At the same time cultural values of people are reconstructing by commodity and money rushing in everywhere. The traditional values that cherish goodness and kind heart edness, the socialist values that emphasize collectivism and selflessness are being challenged by market values including egoism, money warship, enjoyment-interest. Lines of moral dignity built with honesty, goodness and integrity are almost destroyed by tide of commodity.Market economy is not only a kind of economic system but also cultural phenomenon.
