Attention as the foundation of psychological activities is that the most important requirement must be present in the learning process. This research uses a selective attention processing mechanism with a positive and negative priming model to set the experiment requirement and to explore the target activation stimulus mechanism and the distracter inhibition mechanism to exploit differences in the groups. The study includes two groups, one group of students with hearing and speaking disabilities and one group of students with normal hearing and speaking abilities. The study identifies differences and explores the selective attention of students with hearing and speaking disabilities. Problems in their educational system are then evaluated. Results:Students with hearing and speaking disabilities and students with normal hearing and speaking abilities both show positive priming (#PR). The difference between groups is insignificant (P>0.05).The distracter inhibition mechanism produces a negative priming (#NP) in the group of students with hearing and speaking disabilities. The difference between groups is significant (P<0.001). Furthermore, in the negative priming experiment, it showed negative priming reverse in the students with hearing and speaking disabilities. This implied that the response of the distracter inhibition mechanism was in-completed.The results prove that, during the activation period of stimulation, Macao'sstudents with hearing and speaking disabilities are easily affected by inhibited distracter interference. Their ability to resist the distracter inhibition interference is weaker than that of the control group. This review shows that educators of students with hearing and speaking disabilities should be aware of their students' difficulties in resisting distracter inhibitions interference. This can help them more effectively assist their students in overcoming learning struggles related to their disabilities.
