New Female Culture In The Early Evolution (1949-1966)

Female culture denotes a kind of way of female life in certain historical period as well as the sum of the material and spiritual wealth that is created by the kind of life way . This paper researches with "gender idea" , from gender idea , gender role and gender image, to investigate the female culture of The People's Republic of China initial stage.In Charpter 1, we mainly elaborate the course of forming sexual idea of equality in The People's Republic of China initial stage as well as the substance of sexual equality and sexual difference. The substance of sexual difference is gender difference and sexual equality denotes the equality of value , personality dignity , right , opportunity and responsibility between man and women. In The People's Republic of China initial stage, people still have not enough time for the problems such as sexual idea go on theoretically thorough thought, for the culvert of sexual equality is also confined only to the equality of social right. People think that along with the victory of new-democratic revolution and the establishment of The People's Republic of China , Chinese woman has gotten universal liberation, the task of The People's Republic of China is how to realize woman thorough liberation.The People's Republic of China makes woman from " the person in family " become " the person in society " in very short time through legislative, political sport, administrative intervention and the propaganda of public opinion (less than decade ), makes the thought of " sexes equality " popular, and embodied in every aspect of social life. In Charpter 2 we mainly discuss the social role of female in The People's Republic of China initial stage. To ensure woman benefit of right to work, The People's Republic of China has promulgated a series of regulations and laws. Except large-scale attend social production labour, plenty of women participate in the management of national and social general affairs, in which, the resident committee work that city housewife is engaged in to work without rewarded completely in 1950's. The woman of town and country large-scale walk out of family and trend society, in this course, they have completed the change of their social role , have moulded the social role of female.
