Toward The Native Tell Warmth

This graduation thesis focuses on the new-provincial novel of Liu Yutang, the writer's culture background and personal experience. It bases on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation to the writer and his works. The author aims at interpretion Liu Yutang's works as a whole and more deeply.The thesis is consisted of three sections. Firstly, gazed at the culture atmosphere of the writer's life, Yimeng Mountain's region environment, special individual experience and the creation characteristic. Secondly, analysed the concrete works' peculiarity of narrative content and form. Lastly, combined the writer and his works, further researched them. The chief theory foundations are: Chinese Literature theory, Hans-Georg Gadamer's hermeneutic, Sigmund Freud's Psychology, novel narratology and so on.The author thinks that Liu Yutang's "Yimeng Mountain series novels" influences the Chinese provincial literature deeply. His works has rich local sentiment and comedy flavour for humorous language and folk narrative attitude. His creation style would affect the present and the future writers' creative work of the provincial literature.
