After "Confuciansm" and the "Taoism". Zen Buddhism become another sort of philosophy that has great influence on the Chinese encient literature criticism. Among this, the unique ways of thinking was the key factor . They were intuitive, vivid and negative. They affected the ancient Chinese literature criticism profoundly. For instance Yijing , Miaowu , Xianliang etc. In respect with the critical ideas, it stimulated people's learning the speciality of the laws of art, transferring the focus to the feeling of one's inner world .As for the value concept, it changed people's pursuit of morality and Taoism to a surpassing situation. As a result, Zen preferred summarizing the style of words, or using "Er Dao Xiang Yin", which is a way of expressing. Through these, we know that the criticism of the ancient Chinese is different from the westerners'. It paid much attention on one's experience and feeling. Such criticism lived much freedom to readers, but on the other hand, because of its ambiguity, it caused too many difficulties. In addition, Zen's influence on the criticism of the Chinese ancient literature gave us much enlightenment, in respect with the exchange of eastern and western culture, transformation of the criticism of the ancient literature to modern ones.
