"Hui-dao men " is one of the religious and fetishistic secret society that was born in the end of the feudal society. It was very huge latent influence in the North China country. "Hui-dao men" was very flourishing in the modern Henan province because of its complex history and place. "Hui-dao men" grew up in Henan province because the control power of the Kuomintang's government had seriously weakened, Japanese and bandits were destroying the county when the Anti-Japanese War broken out. They had "anti-Japanese " and "anti-bandits " as their catchword, called on indigene. Thus, they became a kind of important armed force immediately.Japanese, Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China (CPC) all paid attention to them when "hui-dao men " actively fought with Japanese and bandits. They all began to strive for using "hui-dao men". And when the political and military stress of Japanese, Kuomintang and CPC became bigger and bigger, the life room of "hui-dao men " became shorter and shorter in the counties of Henan province. So the chiefs of "hui-dao men" threw themselves into the lap of Japanese or Kuomintang or CPC for their advantage.After CPC came into enemy's rear urea of Henan province, they investigated "hui-dao men " that were popular in the counties of Henan province at once. At this investigation, CPC constituted right policy. They took agile tactic for "hui-dao men". On the one hand, they actively strive for them, on the other hand, they positively disclosed fetish of "hui-dao men". At the same time, CPC carried through the strong anti-Japanese propaganda and improved people's life. People began to realize and sustain CPC after their life was improved. Therefore, CPC called on people who had ever joined "hui-dao men "joining the progressive anti-Japanese groups.
