This article analysed the traditional topic that the art especially painting expresses the human feeling by form and color, it is established on the foundation of psychology and physiology. And it has two pieces of writing clue: one is how the vision and motion—feeling advanced and how the vision sign set apart; another intersected the line of time to detect the relation from them. The author wants to prove that the progress of painting which is created by human beings as their vision sign is firmly connected with the vision and human feeling, that their functions are consistent, that one hand we see the outside world through eyes by form and color, the other hand we express what we have seen by vision sign composed with form and color, which transmit and communicates human feeling; at the same time the author emphasizes the point that the culture is setting apart steadily and disapproves the point of origination.
