On The All-round Development Of The Socialist Market Economy And People

In this paper, the author will deeply discuss the relationship between the socialist market economy and people's all-round development from the new angle of "people-oriented, all-round, coordinated and continuous concept of science development", basing myself upon the fact that we must put the socialist market economy into effect in the socialist primary stage, absorbing the now-existing research achievements, and following Marxist method of science research.So far, market economy provides the most efficient economy manner, although not most ideal, for the people's all-round development. Marx founded the theory of people's all-round development in the three modalities, which makes one of people's dreams form the all-round and scientific system. To completely promote and realize the people's all-round development has been being the Marxism-pursuers' dream. At present, the continuous development and perfection of the socialist market economy in our country play very clear and positive roles in promoting people's all-round development. Under the conditions of socialist market economy, people's awareness of principle part in the society has become stronger than before, the chance of social interaction has been further extended, the space for working and acting has been further broadened and people's abilities have been further raised.The market economy has brought us the negative effects in itself, (the market economy is in pursuit of the maximum profits; such negative phenomena as money worship, hedonism and extreme egoism are still widespread); besides, with the changes of the basic system of our society the essence of the market economy will not change basically. So, double effects brought to the people's development by the market economy will not change either because of the change of basic system of our system. And we should restrain them. Under the circumstances of socialist market economy, in order to promote people's all-round development, we must be on the alert against the harms of one-side development, be good at drawing lessons from the experience in the development of Western countries., absorbing what is good and rejecting what is bad. We must be aware with our clear minds that the center of the social development is depending not on the things, but on the people. The final purpose is to free people from the things and fulfil people's all-round development.Human beings can not go in the direction to one-side and narrow-minded theory of the unique importance of economy in their activities related to economy.Under the macro regulation of government and the direction of the concept of science development, socialist market economy, as one self-conscious economy process, can limit the negative effects of the market economy to the greatest extent and then create the social environment which is fitful for people's all-round development. In recent years, the concept of people-oriented, all-round, coordinated and continuous science development and the idea of founding harmonious society which were put forward by the Central Community of CPC become, without any doubt, the important golden thoughts. The basic purpose of the concept of people-oriented science development is to fulfil the all-round development of economy society and human beings. While constructing the socialist market economy system by persisting in the concept of science development, it seems to it that we develop our socialist society comprehensively, co-ordinately and continuously. Only doing like this can we promote people's all-round development better and come closer to realizing people's all-round development.
