Recently, China's culture industry has developed quickly, and is playing a more and more important role in national economy, which offers more opportunities to China's culture enterprises. Meanwhile, when invest into culture industry become more and more, competition faced by enterprises is becoming warmer and warmer. Under this situation, China's culture enterprises, especially as non-state culture enterprises, need think better of how to determine developing direction and how to come true their aims. As a new enterprise of culture industry, facing drastically competitive market, Dalian Puli Capstone Culture Plaza(PCCP) urgently need establish a suited and feasible developing strategy.According to the practical situation of PCCP, basing on basic theory of strategy management, thinking about character of China's culture industry, this paper makes systematic research on the company strategies in management and development. And this study is hoped to offer some valuable ideas to other enterprises.Firstly, the paper, taking the market economy as the background, analyzes the inside and outside environment faced by PCCP thoroughly, picks up the development opportunities and threats, superiority and inferior position, using the enterprise strategic management theory and technology, so that contribute to the selection of development strategies. Secondly, the paper forecasts the market capacity and development prospect of PCCP in year 2006 . Thirdly, the paper analyzes quantitatively the opportunities and threats, advantages and inferior position of PCCP, and concludes 7 development strategies of PCCP for selection using SWOT Matrix. Finally, the paper evaluates the proposed 7 strategies using The Quantitative Strategies Planning Matrix(QSPM) , and comprehensively summarizes two recommended strategies.
