Aesthetic Cultural Perspective, Popular Music Concerts

Pop music concert is one of the most important cultural scenes, but it has been underestimated by theoretical circle. Pop music concert, which is thought less of value by elite, plays an important role in contemporary society, so we should study it comprehensively and systematically. This thesis discusses some undefined conceptions and disputable theories in the study of Pop music concert, including the definition of Popular Music and the description of its history. The lagging of this kind of academic research, has influenced the further investigation of this aesthetic culture phenomenon of pop concert directly. Exactly based on this kind of situation, this text attempts to combine relevant cases in terms of aesthetic culture, deepen the systematic ground discussion to popular concert.The article is divided into five parts.PartⅠ:"Brief introduction on popular music". Mainly differentiate and analyze the concept of the pop, investigate history of the pop, explain that studies visual angle and method of the pop concert. First of all , differentiate and analyze the concept of the pop , point out " pop " is not equal to " popular music " or " popular music " , the call that the pop is comparatively proper should be " masses' music ", and has further described prerequisite and foundation that the pop produce . On this basis, point out the pop is a kind of art form, and a kind of masses' phenomenon, so, we should come to cut from the double visual angle of aesthetics and aesthetics sociology, scrutinize the pop.
