Huangpu Military Academy Of The Korean Revolutionaries Revolutionary Struggle In The Northeast

The first cooperation of KMT (the Kuomintang) and CPC(the Communist Party of China) push forward the steps of revolution in China. From then on, Guangzhou became the cradle of national revolution in China, and Huangpu Military Academy became the furnace of revolution in China. Patriotic young people all over the country gathered in Guangzhou, were admitted to Huangpu Military Academyl, and joined in the national revolutionary army.With the help of the Communist International and Korean national organization in Northeast of China, more than 800 Korean young people took a lot of trouble to come to Guangzhou, some of whom were admitted to Huangpu Military Academy, took part in East Expedition to unite Guangdong revolutionary base, and the vigorous Northern Expedition.When the national revolution failed, under the leadership of the party, they joined in the August 1st Nanchang Insurrection, and Guangzhou Insurrection later. In the fight against KMT with armed forces, some sacrificed themselves in the battlefield of Nanchang and Guangzhou.When Guangzhou Insurrection failed, under the suppression of KMT army, Korean survivors from Huangpu Military Academy experienced all kinds of hardships to return to Northeast of China. They made the most of Huangpu spirit, leaded numerous masses to carry out May Red Fight, and established primary organization, carrying out anti-imperialist and anti-feudal struggle.After the September 18^th Incident, developing the spirit of Huangpu: patriotism and revolution, they guided the masses to capture the enemy' s weapons and set up guerrilla forces against Japan, founded guerrilla base area against Japan and Soviet Political power at different levels. Together with the masses, they annihilated Japanese armed forces, and protected base area. When base areas of guerrilla against Japan were destroyed by Japanese invaders, they were transferred to different areas in Northeast of China, widely carrying out guerrilla battles against Japan, thus annihilating and containing lots of Japanese invaders.
