In the history of huminity, "the Genius" is always a very important concept. From the Plato's texts beginning, "the Genius" has been thought about as other counterpart concepts: the poem or the mad person. Two thousands years later, many phisophists and Aestheticist have began take advantage of the concept to talk about other keener problem. Only when had Kant constructed the judgment philosophy system completely, the problem about Genius would have been emphasized in the first time. Following Kant's thinking, the contemporary theorist, especially Shiller and the romanticist— Schellegel brothers, all took part in the controversy by one's own way.In the text's opinion, Kant investigate "the Genius" as a sole, quiet but self-reliance man. "The Genius" originates from the temper and talent. In the meanwhile, beneath the surface of the theory, the genius is actually formed by a more important source—nature. But in the Shiller and Schellegel's texts, the original traits about the Genius are deformed step by step. As for them, the Geiuns character is collective, mobile, historical and realistic. Whereas in spite of the contraries, the article is also concerned with the many coincidences between them. But we have to point out on the foundation of the article: in Hegel's texts (if we can look him as a romantist in some degree), the concept of the Genius has been comprehended from an angle that is totally contrary to Kant's, including Gothe's. On the whole, this imply the turning of the thoughts history in 19th in European continent.
