There are three main points.(1) The duality of the linguistic context. It refers to the semantic forming of the citing is influenced by both the limitation of the original discourse language circumstance and the target one. The original language circumstance turns to one element of the new one through changes. The duality of the language circumstance is a dynamic show of the language circumstance.(2) The relatedness of the topic. it means the macro topic of the discourse guides and restrict the sub—macro topic and so it dose to the title sense of the sentence topic in the unit which exists on the semantics, in other words, the sense of the individual sentence topic must relate to the discourse topic and the sub-discourse topic.(3) The independent of the structure. The independence of the structure refers to the quotation marks and the citing verbs make us separate the citing from the discourse. It is the statement of the monologue, which has the relative semantic sense.
