I tried to integrate his esthetics thought with his philosophy thought through three best important esthetics categories, and probed into the connotation of Wang Fu-zhi's esthetics thought deeply. I adopted the method of connectinng the logic with history. The foreword introduced the research's status quo of Fu-zhi's poetical theory and the cause of writing this thesis. This thesis consisted of five parts:The first part introduced Wang Fu-zhi's history of life and the source of his esthetics thought. The second part studied his theory of Feeling-Scene. The third part discussed the theory of "XianLiang".The fourth part illustrated the doctrine of "Xing, Guang, Qun, Yuan".
