The Nanxun Battle Commentary

Nanxun Campaign was an important component part of Wuhan Campaign. It was a magnificent feat that after the Pingxingguan, Taierzhuang it was the third meeting of the Chinese army in battles against Japanese aggression. It consumed a lot of the Japanese vital forces. Wanjialing Battle almost completely wiped out a Japanese regiment reorganization. This is the only one in the eight-year War of Resistance. This great victory has not only led to the astoundment of the Japanese government and people but also shocked the attention of public opinion at home and abroad, and made a great contribution to the arrival of protracted war against Japanese aggression. Japanese troops in Nanxun along have been held for several months and the strategic plan was completely disrupted. The main target of eradicating the Chinese army is completely futile. Nanxun campaign's glorious victories greatly inspired the Chinese people's confidence and determination against the Japanese.In this paper the author used the constituent elements of the historical events to describe and evaluate. This paper reveals the Japan's wild ambition with hasty attempt to force the Chinese government to succumb.With the people's support, the Chinese army used the favorable terrain and superb tactics to destroy the invaded enemy.
