JiaYi ( BC200-BC168 ) ,from LuoYang, was a outstanding statesman,thinker,litterateur in earaly Han Dynasty. When Emperor Xiaowen took the reins, he was a court academician, twice served as Tai Fu(a power official). His story was written in Shi Ji(Historical Records)and Han Shu(History of the Former Han Dynasty). His political essays(58pieces)were collected in New Book. Besides, he wrote several rhyme proses. His works set a good example in early Han Dynasty for the following literary ones.
