This paper linked Japan's Tokugawa shogunate period businessmen and Confucianism two different ethical thinking of the social background and subjective reasons to find the"Domain Correlation", from the values and moral consciousness, and other aspects of Confucianism and the city Ethics comparison.Values, the Japanese people have Japan's Tokugawa shogunate period businessmen typical utilitarian characteristic, in the course of doing business Chonin money for the"respect of all things"that the world is no more important than the money. Benefit to understand kamimachi think that the"meaning that the benefits""Lee is just"extreme stress"profits"to confuse the importance of traditional justice and benefit limits.
