The female image is always the eternal and important rot in the art circle. From the original society, the female image is continuously defied though every epoch. But all along, the society is defied that man is the leading position in society. In the traditional society, female image is defined into the consumption image which is tender and beautiful. Till the 70 age in the 20 century, the feminism campaign promoted the great change in female image, especially in art language of female artists. The female have gradually transformed the traditional passive status into the real female image which was initiative and independent. The variety converts of female image have stood for these group, called'The second sex', that they have depended on their own strength to change the passive history. It has also reflected that the female self-consciousness has been awakened continuously. The reason why the female image has changed is reflected throughout the different aspects in male paintings and female paintings. These reasons are formed by the different from portraying the self-image and passive-image. It is also formed by the different in release from traditional female body or standard image. The continuous changes have got fast development and the self-consciousness has also been awakened in the meanwhile.
