The Aesthetic Nature Of A Harmonious Society

In building a socialist harmoneous society, aesthetics is an indispensible dimension. It is also an important dimension to use the esthetic thoughts of Marx to analyse and study the building of a socialist harmoneous society.In the thesis, firstly, we argue the relationship between harmoneous society and aesthetics by collating the houghts concerning social harmony and aesthetics of the western culture. Based on the Marxist view, we point out the high unification of harmony and aesthetics under the Marxist vision, and then analyse the material essence of aesthetics in pursuing the a harmoneous society in for aspects, i.e. the liberty of sense, creation of men and objects in activity, occupancy but not loss of objects and the dimension of men.By contrasting the construction of socialist harmoneous society, we analyse the problems in building a harmoneous society in our country at present, for example, the lack of the consideration of human nature, considering the nature as the objdective existence, the sad expression of the subjective identity and so on. Meanwhile, by analysing the reasons, we propose the important ways to build a harmoneous society under the esthetic thoughts of Marx. The ways are that we should realize the social harmony and aesthetics by focusing on the consideration of human nature; that establish the harmoneous relationship between nature and human with the ecological view; that reconstruct the subjectivity of men in social existence.To realize the aesthetics and harmony in the multiple relationships between human and society, between human and nature, among men, between human and himselves, is an important part of the Marxist aesthetics concerning development. The social hamorneous society of Marxist should contain the meaning of esthetics, and it is also very important for building a socialist harmoneous society.
