Xu Zhenmin Piano Works Of Creation Research

Xu Zhenmin,a famous music composer in China,who is a professor of composing department of Central Conservatory Of Music.He have composed a lot of piano works,such as Variation in 1950s,Five Folk Songs In JangSu in1960s,and Two Tang Ren Shi Yi pieces in 1990s.There are many oriental characteristic and bring forth new ideas in His piano works,which forms a unique style.He adheres to the traditions and makes it developing;his harmonic language is so unique and subtle, which reflects his insight on harmony and his indiscriminate taste in music;his melodies have not only ordinary things,but also some free development.Under attacked by western modern music,he is striving to go in hisways instead of swimming with the tide and making many valuable contributions for our composing now in dealing with the relationship between tradition and modern.Therefore in my view,researching about Xu's three works including Variation,Five Folk Songs In JangSu,and Two Tang Ren Shi Yi piece and the development of composing technology in them will be greatly benefit to the improving in our composing technology of piano works.
