In this disquisition,I will discuss two important questions that are named self-conscious and principle-conscious by Kant, the later is also named rational fact. How to complete the transition of theory to practical philosophy,in my opinion, that is a key to understand Kant's philosophy. Moreover,we should listen to Kant before we try to look for an answer of the question what the origin of norms is.Kant differentiates between self-knowing and self-conscious.The later has a special signification in transcendental philosophy. The meaning is that the understanding which is a pure action of combination conscious itself when it synthesizes and unifies all of manifolds. We can also say that apperception as the pure action conscious itself. In fact, the self-conscious is the ending of thinking of transcendental philosophy. We can trace the root of self-conscious in Kant's analysis of threefold synthesis of apperception in form of time. But when he wrote the remarkable book ,the way of thinking was been bottom up:the ending of study of transcendental philosophy became the beginning of philosophy system. Finally,it seems that there is a prejudice that the "things in themselves" running through Kant's philosophy. The hallucination can be eliminated when we clarify the circle. In the first part,I will discuss time-formal synthesis and unity of apperception that is real origin of the serf-conscious theory. In addition,I will talk about another very important concept "intellectual intuition" in the theory of self-conscious of Kant.In the second part,I try to discuss the other question principle-conscious and show the same origin of them.In order to understand it,we have to talk about the foundational concept "freedom" firstly. The concept has at least two meanings. The first meaning which is negative is that subject in act is independent to sensitive preferences. The other is positive, that is also called practical freedom which is not only independent, but also is self-legislative. According to this, reason proves itself that it is self-legislation and practical. However, there is still a question that how complete transition from the negative freedom to positive. In my view,Kant had adopted a blue print which can be named "dual position" in the first critique. On the one hand, the actor can see himself as phenomenon which obeys causality. On the other hand,he who is in moral practice also can see himself as thing in itself which is freedom. But Kant never felt satisfied with it,because the blue print of "dual position" can not show that moral principle is real and original. In other word, the question that why pure reason is practical still could not been resolved. So Kant had to have recourse to the "rational fact".But what the "rational fact" is,the answer from Kant is not single.Sometime it is termed "principle-conscious",sometime moral principle, sometime "the conscious to freedom" and so on.But in fact there is not essential confliction between them. First of all,I consider the most general meaning that is "principle-conscious" in this discourse. Then I discuss the transition that is from theory reason to practical reason. The rational fact proves that pure reason is practical in itself.Because there is only one reason, moreover, reason has the same origin with understanding, the pure action that is showed by self-conscious is the common origin of self-conscious and principle-conscious.In the end of the discourse,I supply a little analysis to principle-conscious.I considered essential elements of will-action,but I could not complete it for the limitation of the theme of my dissertation. We will talk about a confliction that is called the confliction between moral and ethic in Kant's philosophy. Then we will return to the confusing question:what the origin of norms is.In order to finally resolve it,we must be to follow Kant and complete the transition which is from a spectator in theory to an actor who lives in Sorge.
