Among them, the contents and environments of the times, the generators and appreciators of the humor, and the particular regional and cultural factors all influence the expressive effects of verbal humor. We hold that humor since is a kind of lingustic phenomenon, also is a kind of aesthetic phenomenon, and even more is a kind of special cultural phenomenon.Chapter Five is the conclusion part, which carries on a brief generalization to the contents of the full text, pointing out the shortcomings of our study and the research foreground of this subject in the future.
