In ancient Chinese traditional ethics of gender, the female always be seen as a male under the rule of the object. They are accessories for men. They are relatively low status of a group whether from the family status or in terms of social status. Treatment of women as inferiors has been accompanied by the whole society in ancient China. Sui and Tang dynasties is cultural multiplex time, ethical culture is relatively open for a period of time, as well as the traditional Confucianism period have certain impact. Then, in this special historical period, although the female was still the community which been controlled under the basic principle that"the husband for the wife outline", but they are relatively more fortunate group, the relationship between the sexes during this period had slight change. In this time, ethics morals style about female is different with other time. This paper aims to study the ethics of female during this period, attempt to analyze the ethical status of the sexes, analyze the reasons for change, explain the situation of female in the development of ethics, and the final analysis on this period, the significance of women's ethics and limitations, and further reflect on the female ethical conduct to the Sui and Tang dynasties.
