In this paper, four soprano Mozart concert arias ("Nehmt meinen Dank","Ch'io mi scordi di te ?···Non temer ,amato bene","Alma grande e nobil core","Vado,ma dove?"), for example, by analyzing the characteristics of the music ontology, in the grasp of its basic meaning of emotional content and the humanities on the basis of the actual teaching focused on how the adoption of these specific works to improve the voice and singing skills, and ultimately stand in a rational the perspective of the concert of Mozart arias in the soprano singing in the use and teaching of the significance of reflection. In addition to the introduction of the article, the conclusion is divided into four sections, namely the concert of Mozart arias on the creation, interpretation, application in the teaching and the significance discussed and, ultimately, that because of Mozart concert arias soprano works better a manifestation of vocal music teaching system in Europe called the artist's voice smooth consistency, a good atmosphere in support of, the pure sound quality, and many other features, so for the stability of voice, singing skills are important to enhance the training value.
