Analysis Of "poetic Wisdom"

The latter half of the seventeenth century and the eighteenth century was known as the Age of Reason,and the philosophy of Descartes was dominant.They despised the feelings,experience and imagination,and thought that everything must be re-examined through rationality.The so-called science is the only natural science and reliable knowledge that can be recognized by quantified,but theoretical aspects of human society are not true.However,Vico pointed out the importance of non-rational,and human intelligence originated in the poetic wisdom,and the rational thinking is the basis of the formation of it.This article focused on the discovery of poetic wisdom,features,and its homology with the relationship between art.This article is divided into the following sections:PartⅠ:Introduction.PartⅡ:Study of Vico.This section introduces Vico's theory and his impact on future generations.PartⅢ:Analysis of the theory of poetic intelligence sources ---from the rhetoric in the West as represented by the humanities tradition.It discusses the development of rhetoric, characteristics,and the relationship between the poetic wisdom and intelligence,pointing out that even if the opponents of the idea has the characteristics of rhetoric.PartⅣ:Introduction poetic wisdom of the philosophy and methods of research.By virtue of "the truth is to create ",Vico considered the human society is the only truth to people,creating a social science research;There are following methods to the study:the historical reconstruction, language,literature and myth.Historical reconstruction overcomes " the arrogance of scholar" and returns to the historical scene in order to reveal the history;Language is the reflection of thinking,and the way of self-creating and making history of human.Vico studies life and status of the development of civilization by searching the development of language's change;He corrects the prejudices of myth and traces the historical development by it.PartⅤ:Analysis of poetic wisdom of the features:affective,concrete,creative and rationality's sprout.The primitive people gave their feelings to things,and reflected the naming of things and the emergence of language;Primitive people had not abstraction and they understood things by describing them.They created the world by imagination;At the same time, poetic wisdom also led to "the concept of Imagine ",with the seeds of rational thinking.PartⅥ:Art thinking and poetic wisdom are homologous.Beauty is not the essential feature of art and the artistic way of thinking roots from the poetic wisdom.The human created the society and they are born poets.The last section:conclusion...
