In history of Chinese thought, the discussions about "All in One" have a long story; Into the Song and Ming Dynasties, the "All in One" as the important issues of ontology, was discussed lively by Song Confucians; Ming Confucians inherited the tradition of Song Confucians, pursuit the "All in One" as the highest goal of life, but more emphasized on Practice, paid attention to their own direct experience and demeanor; so they just talk about unity of body and mind, everything outside is not a large concern, this is a Important feature of Wang Yangming thought.Through the analysis of Wang Yangming's life experiences, this thesis points out that the spirit of Wang Yangming's life is the pursuit the unity of mind, body, will and action, and then achieve the highest level ----" All in One "In order to overcome the contradiction of mind-body in the world of experience, Yangming's theory not only put forward "nothing is outside of the mind" "no reason is outside of the mind" and other important philosophical proposition, but also put forward "obtaining of conscience", "The unity of knowledge and action" and other important means of self-cultivation from the practical aspects. In this paper, by analyzing the idea of the "All in One", In order to achieve this goal, we must implement these changes in knowledge of my mind, other's mind and matter; Since we can only get the conclusion of probability about existence of other's mind,so using common sense to determine the existence of other's mind is dogmatic. Because in the Confucianism, human relations is the basis, Wang must admit the reality of other's mind. In the face of different status of matter and the mind of others, there must be some internal tensions in Wang Yangming's thought. Although the theory has some faults, but Wang's self-cultivation methods have important value in practice.
