The medieval England manor court appears after the manor economy taking part dominant role in Europe, in the country society of medieval England, it is a important position. At the Anglo-Saxon times before the Norman Conquest 1066 the embryonic form of manor court had been existed in England, lord control the peasants through his administration of justice. Along with the Norman Conquest, feudal system established in England, the manor court which took customary law, involved in referee system, as its basis had been established at later medieval, with factors changing, the manor court declined. So as this, this article take emerging, developing and declining as its thread to discuss.This article revolves around the emerging, developing and declining of the manor court to spread out. The controls of lords, the relations between the peasants, these all need manor court's coordination, in the medieval English country which common power is weak and personal power is strong. The first chapter elaborated the lords power of administration of justice, the establishing of manor system, and the emerging of the manor court, aiming at elaborating that the appearing of manor court is not an accidental factors, it has a deep background and actual factors, this article tries to discuss the changes of late Anglo-Saxon and the emerging of manor court. The second chapter elaborated the operating of manor court, which includes its procedure, basis, pattern and its function. The reason why man court could take an important role in the countryside society of medieval England, it can not separate with its distinguishing feature. The third chapter mainly elaborated the collapse of the serf system and the pressing to the space of the manor court after the emerging of the common law, tries to analyze the collapsing of the base of the manor court and the unifying of the kingdom justice, which emerge far-reaching influence. At last, the manor court moves towards declining.
