With the building of a harmonious society, initiated in Confucianism attracting much attention, all the words of Confucius, the results are springing up shot, spectacular. However, little analysis can be found, these results more from a philosophical, ethical and cultural point of view to start discussion, from the linguistic point of view, particularly from the perspective of modern linguistic analysis of speech the meager results of Confucius. In this paper, based on previous studies, using the core of the modern theory of pragmatic one-Speech Act Theory, "The Analects" of Confucius 519 times to do a systematic analysis of speech acts, which shows an excellent speech as a practitioner Confucius.Firstly, according to "The Analects" a lot of words the fact that Confucius summed up the pragmatic view that the pragmatic view of Confucius and the everyday use of language-independent, only one class of major ethical and political issue of how the discourse, so strictly speaking Confucian Political Ethics Pragmatics. Confucius proposed a regulation to use the language of human relations principles and methods. Then, in the Confucian pragmatic view, the paper systematically analyzes the use of Speech Act Theory of Confucius's words,From the perspective of the function words of Confucius into eight categories:Interpretation class, praised the class, criticized the class, instruction classes, commitment class, ask class, lamenting class entertainment of Speech Act. Finally, and from the exposure point of view, the words of Confucius into direct and indirect speech act speech act, and an example of the meaning of Confucius's conversations with indirect speech acts and indirect speech act of Speech.Purpose of this paper is to use speech act theory of "The Analects" of Confucius explore the characteristics of speech, modern language, widening the application of theory used to test the applicability of their theories, but also as "The Analects" and the interpretation of Confucius to provide a new perspective.In this paper, Yang Bojun the "Analects of Confucius译注"(Zhonghua,1980) as the major modern translation text, the words of Confucius statistical analysis, summarized by the method, sampling statistics, comparative analysis, develop charts and other research methods, focuses the discussion through an example to illustrate the problem.From the dynamic point of view of the "Analects" of Confucius's words to explore, to break the traditional static analysis, help to reduce the people and the "Analects" of Confucius and the distance so that people can accurately and quickly understand, comprehend the subtle meaning of Confucius to promote the Confucian classics, popular people's knowledge of Chinese culture, to consolidate the mass foundation for a harmonious society construction.
