In nature and human social life, we can see Ming Wu everywhere. Ming Wu is very important for our daily life, so scholars always attaches great importance to research of Ming Wu,focusing on exploring the name origin of objects, variant names,relationship between name and reality and so on. In Guang Ya Shuang Zheng, most of the chapters consist of Ming Wu exegesis after the chapter Shi Qin, in other chapters explanations of Ming Wu are also scattered.In this thesis, the author takes items of Ming Wu explanation as the research content, focusing on discussing the naming laws of objects stressed by Wang Nian-sun, the exegesis terms and research methods used by Wang Nian-sun and summarize the achievements of Wang Nian-sun.This thesis consists of the following parts.Introduction:Introduce origin of Guang Ya Shuang Zheng, the author as well as the main contents of this book. Guang Ya Shu Zheng is written by Wang Nian-sun, aiming at interpreting Guang Ya. Guang Ya is written to supplement Er Ya. Discuss research status of Guang Ya Shu Zheng and research tasks of this thesis. Study achievement of Guang Ya Shu Zheng is reflected in two aspects, which are linguistics and philology.ChapterⅠis "Exploration of'name meaning'of Ming Wu in Guang Ya Shuang Zheng".Expatiate the theory "name of the reality, each has meaning category" stressed by Wang Nian-sun. Discuss the laws combine "name" with "reality", there are various naming reasons of objects:shape characteristics, color characteristics, sound characteristics, taste characteristics, functional characteristics, behavioral characteristics and comprehensive naming reasons.ChapterⅡis "Exegesis terms used in Guang Ya Shu Zheng."Wang Nian-sun use the term "Zhi Yan" to explore the naming meaning of objects, explore the words with the same phonetic complement has the same meaning; Use the term "Dui Wen Yi,San Wen Tong"to reveals names of two or more objects with little difference can be exchanged; Use the term "He Yan Zhi,Bie Yan Zhi","He Yan Zhi,Fen Yan Zhi","Dan Wei Zhi" to explain the relationship between polysyllabic words and monosyllabic words.Chapter III is "Research methods used in Guang Ya Shu Zheng."Mainly discuss how Wang Nian-sun use dialects and common sayings to demonstrate variant names, discuss how he link up the books and commentaries of books to discriminate autonyms and bynames, discuss how he contrast the common names with proper names.Chapter IV is "Wang Nian-sun's achievements of Ming Wu exegesis." Discuss Wang Nian-sun's contribution on development of exegesis theory. Summarize Wang Nian-sun's achievements in Ming Wu exegesis practice. Refute previous errors of other scholars and make correct interpretation. Propose unique ideas to doubts and eisegesis existed in textual research and discrimination of Ming Wu.
