The Guanzhong The Qin Tomb Unearthed Jade Preliminary

As important material for archaeological research, Jade can reflect the features of ancient society and living conditions of people at that time in certain extent. Based on the previous research achievements, this article systematically collects data of Guanzhong region to analyze and discuss related problems of jade wares excavated from tombs of Qin culture.Firstly, the typical jade wares are classified by using the method of archaeological typology. On this basis, this article divides jade wares excavated from Qin tombs of Guanzhong region into four periods and summarizes the characteristics of each period Then the regional characteristics of jade wares from different areas are analyzed through the list, thus getting a preliminary understanding of the space-time evolution process of jade wares from Qin tombs of Guanzhong region.Secondly, in this article, Qin tombs of Guanzhong region are divided into three categories. The shape and unearthed-position of jade wares from different kinds of tombs are compared to analyze the function of the typical jade wares in the burial custom of Qin.Finally, this article compared jade wares excavated from Qin tombs of Guanzhong region with those from tombs of oriental kingdoms in pattern, ornamentation, burial custom, etc. It also makes a preliminary discussion on the possible link between the two kinds.
