With the rapid development of computer technology and its English language teaching and testing in the wide application of computer-based oral examination came into being, on the unit and some other institutions has successfully developed such a system, and test the application.In this paper, computer-assisted oral English test system (SFLEP College Enghlish Oral Test System: SCEOTS), measured from the assessment of the quality measurement tool perspective, design education, experiment, survey implementation, statistical data related to testing, the "machine test system" Questions in Education conducted included measurement of the theoretical analysis and empirical research.Empirical study in two parts, the guarantee test the reliability of indicators under the premise of testing an oral proficiency test results to an interview for the school standard test system and its emphasis on the machine for the school include Questions in standard validation study.
