The Professional Immunity Of Attorneys

This thesis is a study of the profession immunity of lawyer and the ways to achieve this right, beginning with the concept and features of the profession immunity through contrasting with other concepts, then explaining the differences between this concept and criminal immunity of lawyers, and last talking about the problems we confront with and how to achieve this right. The thesis is composed of three parts: preface, text and the conclusion. The test consists of three chapters:the section of basic theory, the section of the current lawyer working environment and the section of the right regulation.The first chapter is the basic theory of the profession immunity of lawyer, which consists of the concepts, the connection with other rights that lawyer enjoy and the theory foundation. The second chapter begins with the rule of other counties, analyses the working environment that Chinese lawyers confront, and reviews the legislation development in our country. There are many problems under current situation in our country now, so It is very necessary to entitle the lawyer the immunity. The third chapter is how to achieve this right, which is very important part talking about the right regulation. The conclusion indicates that the profession immunity of lawyer is the trend of international development and the path to a country under the rule of law. This right has very important realism meaning for the development of law.This thesis applies the conceptual analysis methods, comparative analysis methods, case study methods and synthesis analysis methods.
