Because our country's current law system of relieving the damages caused by wildlife has a few problems, finally, based upon the analysis of the problems above, and combining the reality of our country, some corresponding protection measures have been put forward in the thesis. The complete and well-establishment compensation legal system is the essential requirement for the construction of ecological civilization and harmonious communist society. It will not only ease the contradiction between human beings and wild animals, but also be of great help for the special ecological legislation in the near future, which will make the communist law system of our country more mature.
