Copaire to European and American developed countries, it is much latter that Chinese enterprises began to invest overseas. However, through more than thirty years'development, China has become one of the most active countries in overseas investment. Now, the global finacial crisis put the majority of countries in the trouble of lack of money. So they try their best to attract more foreign investments which greatly bring up chinese enterprises'enthusiasm towards overseas investment. However, the global financial crisis increased the instablity of economy in every country. Meanwhile chinese enterprises'overseas inverstment still have serious problems such as lack of legislative protection, all the above result in great danger in chinese enterprises'overseas investment. This dissertation will take the global financial crisis as the context, introduce the change in law and policy in different countries during this period, analysis their influence in chinese enterprises'overseas investment activities, finally put forward the resolutions.The dissertation consists of three chapters, about 34,000 Chinese characters.Chapter one gives a brief introduction towards the history of the companies'overseas investment activities in China, while analysis the present situation of this kind of activities as well as related legislation in China;Chapter two analysis the influence come with the global financial crisis in chinese enterprises'overseas investment through the introduction towards the law and policy's new change in different countries. This is the core of this dissertation;Chapter there puts forward solutions in the aspect of company and government on the basis of chapter two.
